Engineering Excellence
Once again the fantastic spectacle of superb steam engines, and beautifully preserved classic and historic vehicles from yesteryear will be delighting visitors to this years Rally at Onslow Park, Shrewsbury.
“An entertaining and fun-packed family day out” is promised with hundreds of vehicles and over 1,000 exhibits. Last years event attracted around 14,000 visitors and at this year’s Rally some different steam traction engines will be making their debut on Sunday 30th and Monday 31st August.
Our Rally Organiser, Derek Whitefoot says:
“We have some ideal entertainment for all the family at our 2009 Rally, with lots of activities to enjoy. With refreshments at good-value for money prices – the August Bank Holiday Rally is a great way for families to spend the weekend. We will have lots of fabulous exhibits at the Rally, and we always have some new sights, such as steam engines making their debut at Onslow Park after making a journey across the UK, and this year our Commercial Exhibits will be celebrating the Albion vehicle marque. The public’s appetite for the past has never been greater so we are inviting our visitors to ‘step back in time’ and enjoy themselves!"
If you're thinking of joining us at our next rally then THE SHOW pages should provide you with all the information you'll need to be able to plan for a fun day out for all the family. If there's anything you think we've missed, then please feel free to contact us and we'll do our very best to answer your questions
