By entering the competition, you agree to the provisions of these terms and conditions and to comply fully with them.
There is no charge for entering photos in the competition, but it does not include free admission to Shrewsbury Steam Rally.
All entered photos must: – be printed – digital images can not be accepted. – not be any larger than 7″ x 5″ in size. – include the entrants’ name, address and mobile phone number on the reverse. – be entirely the entrant’s original work.
A maximum of four entries per applicant may be entered.
All entries must be received by Sunday 27th August 2023, to the COSSES Memorabilia Marquee at Shrewsbury Steam Rally. Postal entries must be received by 18th August 2023, to COSSES Photo Comp, PO Box 4706, Shrewsbury, SY5 0WT. COSSES cannot be held responsible for entries not delivered before this date, or lost in the post.
Entrants must own the copyright and any other intellectual property rights of each image.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners will need to collect prizes from the Society Merchandise Tent at Shrewsbury Steam Rally. We are unable to post prizes unless otherwise stated.
Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The copyright holders of the photographs allow COSSES unlimited use of the image, except for direct resale, and be allowed to retain it for archive purposes. We are therefore unable to return any entries.
COSSES reserve the right to use the winning entrant’s name and photograph for marketing purposes until 31st August 2024.
