The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.
All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with all original tags attached.
Please contact us within 14 days, to tell us if you wish to return an item, but you have 30 days from the delivery date to return them.
To return your items, you should post them to COSSES, PO Box 4706, Shrewsbury, SY5 0WT. Also, include a copy of your original order in with the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to an error in our order processing, then we will pay for the postage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
